Cycle 1 introduces a territorial approach to development, embedding the dairy sector within a multi-dimensional ecosystem of institutions, economic actors, environmental resources, and governance frameworks. The learning journey begins with your specific professional reality and scales upward to a broader systemic understanding.
تنتقل الدورة الثانية من فهم الإقليم إلى العمل الميداني، حيث تزوّد المشاركين بأدوات عملية لتحليل الإقليم، وتعزيز التنسيق بين الجهات الفاعلة، وبناء شراكات داعمة للتنمية المحلية. وخلال هذه الرحلة، سيتعلم المشاركون كيفية تحويل المعطيات المحلية إلى مبادرات ملموسة، وتطوير هوية إقليمية مميزة، وتوظيف الابتكار والاستدامة والتواصل الرقمي لدعم سلسلة قيمة منتجات الألبان في شمال لبنان.
Cycle 2 moves from understanding the territory to taking action. Participants will acquire practical tools to analyse territorial dynamics, strengthen stakeholder coordination, and build partnerships that support local development. Throughout the learning journey, they will learn how to transform local evidence into concrete initiatives, develop a distinctive territorial identity, and use innovation, sustainability, and digital communication to strengthen the dairy value chain in North Lebanon.
